These terms and conditions create a friendly and transparent agreement between Dreamscape Getaways and you, the guest or renter. By making a reservation and booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservation and Booking:
To secure your booking, we kindly request an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests in our Pampano Beach home. Feel free to reach out to us for more details regarding the deposit requirements. We want to ensure a seamless experience for you.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
– If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before the check-in date, we will provide a 100% refund of the amount payable.
– For cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund of the amount payable (minus the service fee) will be issued.
– Unfortunately, no refund can be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Check-In and Check-Out:
We can’t wait to welcome you! Check-in time starts from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Due to the high demand for our rentals, we kindly request that you adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. We want to ensure that each guest enjoys a perfectly prepared space. Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the departure day. Rest assured, self check-in instructions will be sent to you 48 hours before your stay, so you can easily settle in.
4. Guest Responsibilities:
As our valued guest, we kindly request your cooperation in:
– Respecting our house rules and following any instructions provided by Dreamscape Getaways.
– Taking care of the property and leaving it in the same beautiful condition you found it.
– Ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests during your stay. We’re in this together!
5. Property Conditions and Liability:
While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment, Dreamscape Getaways cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during your stay. We kindly ask you to be responsible and treat the property and its contents with care. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify and hold Dreamscape Getaways harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your stay.
6. Termination of Agreement:
Our goal is to create an enjoyable experience for all guests. In the event of a breach of the house rules or terms and conditions, Dreamscape Getaways reserves the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation. Let’s work together to make every stay memorable!
7. Dispute Resolution:
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we believe in open communication. Any disagreements or claims arising from this agreement will be resolved through a friendly dialogue and governed by the choice of law and jurisdiction determined by Dreamscape Getaways.
